Based on my book, this mini-ritual provides tools for balancing the third eye chakra.
The third eye chakra is located in the center of the forehead, and it is associated with our drive for intellect. The third eye drives the I Am statement, “I see.” It is about learning to see a higher perspective, imagination, intuition, psychic abilities, and healing the aura. Psychologically the third eye chakra is involved with intuition, invention, self-realization, perception, release, understanding, memory, and fearlessness. Physically the third eye chakra is associated with the eyes, nose, ears, sinuses, cerebellum, forebrain, and autonomic nervous system.

Intention

Intention is the driving force behind any energy healing modality, from Reiki to sound healing to prayer.

Intention + Frequency = Healing
The “frequency” part of the equation is whatever healing modality is being used.
Intention can be used in health healing, job search, fitness, relationships, and pretty much everything.
