Based on my book, this mini-ritual provides tools for balancing the throat chakra.
The throat chakra is located at the Adam’s apple in the throat and it is represented by the color blue. The throat chakra powers the I Am statement, “I will.” It is about learning to express your true desires, healing, and expansion. Psychologically the throat chakra is about communication, speech, trust, creative expression, planning, spatial orientation, organization, and caution. Physically it is associated with the throat, vocal cords, mouth, jaw, parathyroid, tongue, neck, shoulders, lymph, and menstrual cycle.

Intention

Intention is the driving force behind any energy healing modality, from Reiki to sound healing to prayer.
The universal equation for healing is:
Intention + Frequency = Healing
The “frequency” part of the equation is whatever healing modality is being used.
Intention can be used in health healing, job search, fitness, relationships, and pretty much everything.
