Preparing for a Good Death

This is a FREE class!

The topic of death can sound scary or dark. But many folks these days want to feel more prepared for end-of-life and are looking for spiritual ways to acknowledge the transition of death but don’t have a map of the process.

Death is one of the sacred rites of passage that all bodies go through. Just like birth, death is a passage from one side of the veil to the other.

In dominant Western culture, we don’t talk about death enough. We have lost touch with the death rites our ancestors performed because we hand off our dead to professionals to prepare the body for its last journey. Many of us have also let go of connection to a faith tradition, so when death comes we feel unprepared or cut off from the rituals that help to finalize death.

If you would like to change your relationship with death and make conscious choices to prepare for it then this class is for you!
