Based on my book, this mini-ritual provides tools for balancing the sacral chakra.
The sacral chakra is associated with the element water, and our emotions and desires. It is tied to our sensual drive and reproduction, and our capacity to engage in intimacy. An imbalance in the sacral chakra can manifest physically as impotence, sexual organ dysfunction, Candida, eating disorders, drug use, alcoholism allergies, and asthma.

Chant for balancing the sacral chakra
The following audio recording is a chant that actually balances all of the chakras, but especially the sacral chakra. This chant can be used as part of a daily sound healing practice, or whenever you desire to balance your chakras.
