Seven Learning Modules
The Certificate Program is organized into seven modules based on the Sacred Self-Healing Method. In the first six modules, you will:
- Go deep into self-discovery of your emotional and mental bodies, start a forgiveness practice, study your archetypal constellation, create your own set of customized oracle cards based on your life experience, and plan and carry out a spiritual retreat.
- Learn how to use meditation, sound healing, aromatherapy, crystals, vagal toning, sacred breath, and sacred movement to bring your body and energy field into balance, meet your Medicine Body and learn how to support it to stay regulated, connect with your Guides and learn how to ask for guidance.
- Learn to work in Sacred Space, create and work with Sacred Self-Healing Teams, clear negative energies from individuals and spaces, explore your dreams, and support your creativity with new skills for brainstorming and ideation.
- Study your Sacred biography and map out planetary energies, patterns, and nodes on your life chart, journey with the drum, and learn channeling and chanting.
- Explore end-of-life choices, learn about Sacred Deathcare practices, write your own health-care directive, and learn how to offer soul care for the dying and their families.
- Develop your own practice to lead meditations, Sacred Self-Healing, and counseling sessions, develop skills to triage issues in real-time, enlarge your Sacred listening skills, learn how to effectively maintain healthy boundaries, facilitate rituals, and rites of passage, manage stress, and support caregivers.
Each of the first six modules includes exercises to deepen the topics, a 60-minute remote check-in with Betsy over Zoom, experiential activities to bring the learning into your body, and an integration project to demonstrate your process.
The Supervised Practicum
After completing the first six modules, in the seventh module, learners will do a supervised 3-month practicum in Sacred Self-Healing, and have the option to become ordained in the Sacred Self-Healing Spiritual Community.
Cost and Requirements
The cost of the Certificate Program is $1000* if paid all at once, or $200 per module if you take them ala carte.

Whether you pay for the Program in one payment or ala carte, the cost includes 60 minutes of remote check-in time with Betsy per Module. Additional check-in and/or Sacred Self-Healing time beyond the 60 minutes per module is billed at Betsy’s customary rate of $60 per hour if desired.
The coursework can be completed in as few as nine months or adapted to fit your individual schedule.
A computer and internet connection are required to access the material and to participate in check-ins and other activities.

Supplies
The course fee includes the Sacred Self-Healing Training Manual, 60 minutes per month of virtual check-in time with Betsy to receive support and demonstrate your process, the SSH Triage quick-reference card, the SSH Chakra quick-reference card, and the SSH Teams quick-reference card.
Students must purchase a journal, a large pad of paper (18″x36″), applicable art supplies, Energetix Calm Five, and additional suggested readings, if desired.
Apply
The Sacred Self-Healing Certificate Program application includes three short essay questions and an informed consent form. Applicants must supply one letter of recommendation emailed to betsyleight09@gmail.com and take part in a brief interview with Betsy over Zoom or Google Meet. Details are included in the application. There is no fee to apply and no application deadline. Admission is on a rolling basis so students may enter the program at any point during the year.
