Betsy provides one-on-one in-person and remote Sacred Self-Healing Sessions based on the Sacred Self-Healing Method, a proven novel co-creative healing modality detailed in her Books.
Betsy believes that you can self-heal, and so Sacred Self-Healing sessions are geared toward equipping you with the tools you need to tap into your inner wisdom and connect with peace, which is your birthright. If desired, Betsy will assign homework for you to complete between sessions so you can dive deeper into your issues and work on transforming them in your own time.
The Sacred Self-Healing Method works on the subtle body using the assistance of the unseen and the power of intention to rebalance your chakras and allow in the light of forgiveness. Betsy is highly intuitive, and she calls for the specific healing needed for each client.

Classes
Betsy offers experiential Classes so that you can learn the Sacred Self-Healing Method yourself. Classes feature a check-in, and time spent in Sacred Space doing healing work together, which may include guided meditation, chakra balancing, creativity, breath practice, movement, ritual, sound healing, or EMF (tapping), as well as reflection and goal-setting.
Certificate Program
The Sacred Self-Healing Certificate Program is an independent program of self-study where you will learn the Sacred Self-Healing Method, and apply your learning in practical skills exercises while earning a Certificate in Sacred Self-Healing.
Frequency Devices
Betsy uses Healy devices in conjunction with the Sacred Self-Healing Method to facilitate healing sessions. See this post about Healy.
Individual Sessions
During the Sacred Self-Healing sessions, we will check in and discuss your current situation. Then you may either lie down or sit and relax, while Betsy conducts the healing session on your behalf. After the session, Betsy will send you a follow-up email with information about the session.
Betsy combines her years of Spiritual Mentoring experience with her training in spiritual counseling and energy work, imbuing each session with tools from the Sacred Self-Healing Method.
Weekly sessions are suggested.
